Destin Housekeeping Services, LLC. is contracting a small number of reliable cleaners for floor & bath turnover assignments. This is guest-ready cleaning — done with purpose, on time, and to standard.
Scope of Work:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers)
- Wipe down high-touch surfaces (handrails, doorknobs, inside stairs)
- Vacuum and mop all floors
No kitchens, beds, staging, or laundry
All tools and products provided on-site — no personal equipment allowed
Must be onsite by 10:00–10:30 AM
No personal bags, photos, or unapproved products
💵 Pay is per unit and task, based on performance and skill

Payout is processed the morning after the clean via Gusto Contractor Compliance
Must provide:
- Valid ID + Social Security card (or EIN)
- Signed and notarized contractor agreement (we provide this)
- Completed W-9 through Gusto’s secure portal
Note: Operating under a business name does not guarantee eligibility. All business entities must submit IRS-verifiable identification and complete contractor onboarding through Gusto.
